MEET KATHY STONE and her TEAM

I have over fifteen years of experience in the Baltimore and Howard County markets and work everyday to hone my professional skills in this ever-changing market. Charlotte joined the team in March 2010 as a licensed assistant. She assists Kathy Stone with administrative functions in marketing, listing and purchases. She also specializes in contract through settlement inspections, communication with lenders, title companies and ensures an overall smooth closing process for our clients.
